Bo6 won’t let me use split screen

My husband and I are trying to load up The Tomb but it’s not letting me join his game on split screen. It kicks me as soon as I get in. We tried switching so he would join my game but it still wouldn’t work. We haven’t had any issues until the update today. He’s still able to play online with his friend and single player. Is anyone else having this issue? TIA Edit: It’s working!! Edit 2: Apparently it’s not working again..? I don’t know it worked for a few minutes then kicked me again and is back to doing the same thing from before
