After Every season update It makes me redownload the multiplayer pack

I'm tired of downloading a 20-30gb update just to have to download multiplayer again making the every update at LEAST 30gb, i have a limited amount of high speed hotspot and having to use it all to update barely leaves anything to actually play with. So what's the actual point of having the game if I can't play it for at least 2 weeks after every season starts. Quit deleting it and just add the update to it. There should be no reason that I have to do this every time. Edit: to be clear this is not a post about the update size or whatever or how slow my internet is, it is the fact that I can download a 20 to 30 GB update and then have to open up my game and download the part of the game that I paid for for a 3rd time.
