Starting out...
Hi all, long-time lurker on this sub and I have finally started C25K myself (probably for the 5th time). I have completed Week 2, Day 1 today - it is definitely a challenge to run for the length of time required and tbh I'm just finding that I'm watching the clock so I can countdown how much longer I have to run for, and can't wait for it to be over. I really want to get in to running to improve my fitness - just wondering if others have felt a similar way?
