Are there any electric toothbrushes with At least a week battery life?

I’m looking at:

Oral B vitality Oral B pro 100 Oral B pro 700 Hismile electric toothbrush

Budget is $50 and I’m in New Zealand so these are the only ones I can see for that price. My biggest issue is that I don’t have a plug in my bathroom so will need to charge it elsewhere, is the battery life decent on any of these?
