Good tattoo artists?

I’m turning 18 next month and my mom has told me that the tattoo i’ve wanted forever can be my birthday gift. I want butterflies on the inside of my forearm, thing is i have absolutely no idea where to start looking for artists. like searching up “tattoo artists” near me isn’t what i want. I want an artist who will work with me and try their best to make my tattoo exactly how i envision it, because i have seen some seriously ugly tattoos and heard horrid stories about some artists. i live in burlington but would definitely drive somewhere else in the gta. if anyone knows any good tattoo artists in the gta area pls pls reply
