Why is Plowing So Much Worse this Year?
Yes, I know that the City lags the suburbs in plowing, but this year has been so much worse in North Buffalo than the last few years, even though we had less snow here. It's 1030 am and even Delaware Avenue has not seen a plow or even a salt truck yet. This winter it has been days, not hours, before side streets saw salt and plows, if at all, where in previous years those same streets were cleared quickly.
Have priorities changed this year? Are there fewer plow drivers than last year? Is there a salt shortage? Is this only a North Buffalo thing?
