Scare tactic

I feel like the current headlines of the news on this is a scare tactic for him to come out of hiding. What do you think this outcome will be? Will we find him in an alley dead from self inflicted wounds? Or will he make it out and we won’t hear about it again? I don’t think he’s in the US anymore.
