Did supercell lie about exclusivity?

I bought the pins and profile icons of the e-sports teams that are leaving the game, since i know they would become exclusive in a few days. I didn't buy the sprays because i didn't care for them, but i knew they would become exclusive....or so i tought. I went to the catalog, the day after the offers "Last Chance!" Were gone,and the sprays were there. Did supercell lie about the Profiles, pins, and sprays becoming exclusive?!?!?!?!
