Did anyone else notice?

Labeled as a spoiler even though I won’t be talking about the episode plot at all, just wanted to be safe! I’m currently watching season 6 episode 14, which some may know is set on Valentine’s Day. Valentine’s Day is February 14th, so why is there no snow in the episode? I know it doesn’t always snow in the winter months, but along with that no one is pictured wearing anything particularly bundled indicating that it isn’t cold outside at all. Seeing as the show is set in Washington D.C., I’m sure it would be cold in February, or at least chilly enough to have some kind of jacket on when you go outside? No one is pictured wearing any jackets, and it’s seemingly sunny and warm out. Just thought it was strange.
