Kartik aaryan and the industry distance !

Yesterday was kartik's birthday and if look at his birthday wishes you can notice something! Kartik is being wishes sweetly by almost all his directors and producers! but on the other hand except for kriti no one is other co-stars posted a story a for him not even a low effort one ! Not even nushrat or Kiara who he has collaborated twice forget sara, ananya, bhumi ! Aayushman, Shilpa and Rakul are the only actors who wished him ! I get sometimes people wish personally rather than on the internet but when Kiara wishes VD on Insta but not Kartik it's obvious that she hasn't even wished him personally. Is kartik still facing the industry sideline even after dilevering massive hits after the KJO drama ? KJO even plans on working with him as pictures of them with Dinesh were taken but still such exclusiveness? Or is kartik a really bad co star ? Which I don't think is the case
