Toga has a cat quirk

Before being sent to jail AFO gave toga a cat quirk he had been wanting to get ride of after giving it to her it merged with her original now giving her the ability to turn into a cat, later using the excuse of spying on the hero but really just wanting to be with Izuku and Ochako toga used the quirk to turn into a cat to enter UA.

Izuku finding her a believing she was a car and always wanting to have one brought her back to the dorms and after awhile toga discovers a lot about Izuku his fears, his hopes, his past, OFA, Bakugo's bullying and his fillings for Ochako.

Toga's is now try to make Izuocha become reality while also finding away to kill Bakugo while making it look like an accident, Izuku is just injoying his new fur baby, while Ochako can't help but feel both uneasy and jealous of Izuku's new cat Mochi
