Big BTC purchase

I am thinking of selling one of my rental properties and then take the proceeds to buy bitcoin. What would be the best exchange to make a big purchase like this? Always bought on Coinbase (<$1k purchases), but I feel like there’s gotta be a better platform for big purchases that will minimize the fees. Planning to only keep it on a cold wallet too.
