2025 Hoover City Election

The Hoover Sub is basically nonexistent and it seems like other suburbanites use the Birmingham Sub as a catch-all. I’d love a good discussion of Hoover City Government without boring others here. Can someone create a group or a sub sub or how does that work in Reddit World?
