I don’t understand how they have no shame.

It actually happens a lot and I usually ignore them, but this time I was too dumbfounded and just couldn’t understand how people go this far and send DM’s like these especially in a BED sub where people are all suffering or trying to get better. It’s sickening, I actually feel gross.
