Christmas Card Save the Dates? HELP!

Hi all, I wanted to reach out to my strangers on the internet to get real opinions, not friend opinions telling me what I want to hear LOL! My fiance and I are getting married with just our families next June at a ranch. Two weeks later, we are having a celebration party with all our friends and family. No rehearsal dinner, bridal brunch, farewell brunch, etc.

I am working on our Christmas cards for this year - it's a doozy - we moved into a new home, got another dog and got engaged all this past year, so of course we need to send out a card! Is it tacky to make our Christmas card our Save the Date? We would put the website and such on the back, and the front of our card will be Christmas-ish (thinking Ginori inspo), but not red and green screaming Christmas, so it could in theory stay on people's fridges.

I am struggling because of a few things - first, since it's not a true wedding weekend, I feel that this formality is helpful to our friends and family to save the date, and we will send out an invitation in early Feb. About 2/3 are coming from out of town. BUT I don't think we are doing the fulllllll invite suite, so I thought this was a nice middle ground. Second, we do have a stationery designer engaged, but our wedding is a summer wedding so it's a lot more floral and bright overall - she is doing mostly ink and is working on it all now. I did get a quote from her to design a Christmas themed save the date in the same vein as our invites, but I am contemplating if it's worth the extra $$$ in the scheme of things.

Help!!!
