Bed bug stains after 1st treatment

So I found out I had bed bugs, and had my 1st treatment on July 5th. Since then I bought new sheets (they didn't have plain white, yes I see the challenge in polka dots lol) and I keep finding new blood spots. I've had no bites to my knowledge. All my clothes are in bags. 2nd treatment is on the 19th. Isn't this concerning?? I feel like I might have to throw out my whole bed. Is this normal to see between treatments? It just seems like a lot...

For context I'm in Canada, we can't get Crossfire or cimexa or anything worthwhile here. I'm just hoping my landlord treats properly.
