Any alternative feeding options for a Beardie?

I've run into an issue. Mealworms are my only feeders that I have on hand, and I can't get roaches since my folks think they're icky. Crickets are quite noisy, so they're off the table as well. Is there any alternatives that are just as effective as a Dubia roach?
