Huntington Bank Checking account closed before bonus hit

I opened a checking account with Huntington last month, satisfied the bonus requirements and now unable to access my online account. I called customer care to find out they closed my account due to Zelle use on a new checking. I had deposits coming in and now my money is mia, and they get away without having to pay out the bonus $$. Has anyone else been through this with a new checking account (closed because of zelle activity) or is Huntington cheap and avoiding the bonus pay out?
