Weird extruder clog
My X1C is barely 100 hours of print time in and I've already had a big issue. While finishing up an average 1 hour print it gave me a "failed to retract fillament" error. I went to see what's up and I found that the fillament was hard stuck somewhere, I assume the extruder. When I opened things up I found that the extruder connector is glued to the tool head mainboard and I have to take the glue off. I couldn't even pull the fillament out forcefully so I'm guessing it got tangled in the extruder. I assume that the glue is like a waranty seal and im worried to take it off in order to do some proper fixing up.
