A1 PTFE tube connector keeps popping off and PTFE tubing won't
A1 PTFE tube connector keeps popping off and PTFE tubing won't stay in the sharkbite either. I've only had it a couple weeks. All of the sudden, the top of the connector where the 4 separate PTFE tubing enters popped off and I can't get it to stay on. I can't find any info about this on the Bambu Lab website and there's no spare parts for it either. It only talks about changing tubing, not the connector. Anyone have an idea how to fix?
Edit additional info: I did try replacing PTFE tubing already. The top either pops off from the filament feeding, or it gets stuck where it enters. I already checked and made sure there's no filament anywhere else. It first started doing this in the middle of a print while it was changing filament. The filament change pushed the top off.
