I love my Bambu Printer WHEN IT WORKS.
My BambuLab printer is incredible when it actually works. I received it new with a broken part laying in it's bed. It was not a part that could have been broken in shipping and the printer had to have been shipped with it broken. I understand that this might happen with any company. However - probably due to the trauma that caused the damage, the machine only operates intermittently. Their service department instructed me (in spite of the broken part) to troubleshoot it for many hours to see if I could get it to work reliably before they are issuing a Return Authorization for it a month after it arrived.
Their product is incredible when it works. Their service manuals and videos are excellent although they only cover a small portion of what can and does go wrong. Then you're stuck with e-mails that are answered in the frustrating and ineffective manor described by most of those who have written into Reddit. WHEN their product works - it is incredible. Their service department is as bad or worse than Creality. In defense of Creality, I have two Ender 5 Plus's that after their expected initial troubleshooting have been beautifully and flawlessly reliable for over a year and a half now - slower than the Bambu (when it is actually working) - but much more reliable and 1/3rd the price. They have each made more parts than the Bambu since its arrival.
Important information for anyone receiving a bad Bambu Labs printer - If you are finally offered and accept a replacement offer - even if your replacement is damaged worse than your first "new" one - Bambu will tell you that there is no return available for it - thus - they heavily influence you to purchase a second new one and wait for their refund on the one being returned. AND - it appears that you are charged shipping on both the return on their original machine shipped broken - and and definitely on its newly purchased replacement.
