Can't change Astarions apply bonuses

I'm following a guide for my party since I'm not that good at figuring out this stuff and when I go to change Astarions apply bonuses to the recommended, it just doesn't work (trying to change the +1 from Int to Cha). Both the +1 and +2 cant be changed.. It worked when changing Shadowheart but not now. I don't know if its a bug or has something to do with his other "stats". Is there a way to fix this? I'm on PS5 btw.
