Orange chocolate & coffee cookies

I used Joshua Weissman's Levain copycat video for the recipe but changed a couple things

● I used orange dark chocolate

●I added about 2 tablespoons of espresso to the dough

● I shaped the dough balls and froze them for 40 minutes.

● I baked at 375 F for 10 minutes, then 400 F for 8 minutes. Then I broiled them at 500 F for about a minute.
