Winter Boredum at its best!

The snow cover has stripped the chickens of their foraging opportunities and they are now getting bored and frustrated and taking it out on others by feathers pecking. I have 2 bullies in the coop and it only happens in the morning and at night when they are on the roosting bars. Not on floor or in yard strictly only on roost bars. I’ve purchased some boredum busters and also some anti picking spray and ointment. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
