I break too many glasses

A lot of glasses are breaking because of me. Initially i didnt pay attention but it has been happening a lot now for last one month i have broken at least 4-5 items and that never happens. Yes i am clumsy but this feels to much. Even my crystal bracelet broke and usually the string breaks and all the beads fall to the ground whenever the purpose is fulfilled. I pick those beads and bury them or give them to the ocean. But this time the bracelet broke and one of the crystals also broke when it hit the ground.

Please help me understand the omen or message here please please
