Light Stress bleach - recovery possible?

Hey guys, anyone got "to the end" of a medium light burn grow?

I'm so sad about it, my grow lamp said 13cm (yes, European, sorry) would be perfect for bloom but now I tested it with the pphd app and it was way way way too much, like 1500 :(

Please give me false hope!I put so much love into them..

Meanwhile, I raised the lamp until approx 800 pphd, I hope that saves it over time.

Edit: I thought I was overfeeding it all the time. Turns out it was too little with too much light.

Edit edit: sorry guys, I just noticed that I really didn't give any info. The hurt one is a 7 week old Barney's Amnesia Haze Auto, the one on the left is a two weeks younger sensiseed shiva skunk auto.

They are under a garden high pro 150w light without dimmer.
