Big 4 / Mid Tier Graduate Programs

Hi everyone,

I am set to graduate an undergrad in Commerce (Accounting) and was wondering what my options are for graduate programs at some of the public accounting firms to begin working towards the CA.

What kind of graduate programs are likely to offer better hours (and more predictable, monotonous work)?
