Best no fee, no overseas transaction fee credit card

Just found out my latitude card started charging an $8 monthly fee and looking to replace it.

I'm after a no annual fee, no overseas transaction card with one more important feature: The ability to verify transactions from overseas without access to normal SMS. This is important because I usually purchase a local sim while travelling and have been stranded before because SMS verification was required for online purchases. The preferred alternative is OTP via an app.
