Help/Advice Needed for Check Engine

2014 S-Line A4 Quattro

This check engine was intermittent maybe 2x but had the 95k service, everything checked out and didn’t see it for at least a good month until now.

Came here to see if anyone has had any experience considering there’s a lot of you fellow enthusiasts here. Maybe things to check, considerations, etc. any help is greatly appreciated and happy Quattro season for those as cold/snowy as it is here 🫡 :)
