Sunken Cat Eyes

I noticed recently that my cats eyes seem to be sunken, deep set. And she’s had some discharge in her eyes the past few days. I don’t recall her eyes looking like this before. Juliette is a domestic long hair indoor cat, 9 years old, spayed, and generally in good health. As a kitten she lost her teeth but has never had any issues with any type of food and never had any adverse affects from it. Anyone else come across this? Is this something to be concerned about? TIA
