Apoquel Questions

Hi all - I have a 7 year old Golden Retriever that has basically suffered allergies his whole life. When he was young they told me it was chicken and grass… needless to say that most of his life he has been itchy. The only thing that has helped me has been apoquel. Unfortunately I don’t feel safe having him on that because of what I’ve read with it leading to cancer and such. He has been off it for a while, most recently his skin started getting really itchy and he’s been having more allergies than before.

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
