Zsus screen USB-C Cable what is special about it and where can I buy another?

My problem is that the USB C cable it comes with it seems to be the only one I own that works correctly (I bought some of these https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0BPC67DLC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for example which are labelled as USB 2.0 and do not) does anyone know what USB version or labeling I need to buy when buying future cables?
