Guys wearing a bracelet and how to know if he likes me.

I like this one guy, and he wears a silver bracelet. I don’t know if this means he has a girlfriend. I don’t know if he likes or is interested in me. We never talked before, he’s in my school’s club, just said “hi” few times that’s all. Ever since the first time I joined that club, I’ve been wanting to see him everywhere in school and out of school. And I do see him in school and sometimes I walked passed by him and his friends but Idk if he noticed me or not or if HE noticed me.
