Can you do an online postgraduate course in a different country while still living in Ireland?

If one was interested in pursuing a postgraduate course whether it be a Masters or similar, is it possible to do one online from a college in a different country while still living in Ireland? Or can we only enroll in colleges within Ireland?

If it's possible to do one online from an overseas country, could anyone recommend a good provider? 😊
