Best way to meet women without being creepy?

I’ve just moved back to India and have moved to Delhi and am regularly in Mumbai. I’m really excited to be here but am unsure how to meet women here organically for casual dating. Given the safety reputation for women in India, what are some of the places I can approach women respectfully without looking like a creep?
