Why not take direct punitive actions against Trump allies?

I am an American who is flabbergasted by punitve tariffs for what seeming ly no good reason except to influence the Canadan political landscape. Why not take direct actions agains Musk and ban Tesla, Tesla Charging Stations, Starlink and X. Or tax those services to an extreme, ie a 200% tax on energy used at Tesla charging stations or Starlink Subscription prices? Why not go after other Trump allies with significant businesses in Canada who have loosened misinformation policies, ie ban Meta and Google in Canada, or at the very least, tax Meta and Google's advertising revenue in Canada 200%. Why not impose a 5$ tax on AMazon for every delivery they make in Canada. Canada has to make a point and try to make it as painful as possible.
