Shoe squeaks when bends

Hello! I own these shoes, suede uppers and rubber soles. They squeak terribly when I walk and it’s the bending of the shoe around the red circle is what squeaks. I have tried the baby powder trick to dry out the shoe and it did not help. There are no soles to remove as well. Do you have any ideas? Thanks!
