I can't ear

I have like 500 h on the game but I feel like I don't ear as much as the other players a have good headsets irl, but my mates say the ear a player and I don't , can some one share there som setings for me to copy our for me to see if my are that bad kk ( Some for my Ingles ibhave dislexia and ingles is not my first language) One love from Portugal Simmmmmmm!
