Player bots!?

Has anyone noticed that the game is filling servers now with “pmc” bots they have dog tags but are clearly bots. The sound was the first thing that alerted me to it as the firefights sounded completely unrealistic now I’m just mowing them down and they always have the worst gear. Are the numbers really low or something?
