Is this thing still exist?

I just found this some sort of bug from my pickup back in First anniversary because this in vid(for context) was mining my own and somehow I got an idea like "lemme try climb up this shi-" and this happened then I say "wtf?" then again with the same result so I say "you piece of crap!" and that's why I smack the truck with a knife.

Because there could be a useful tricks if this thing didn't exist
