What happened to my plants

Bought these plants two days ago, planted then directly (except for the anubias on the last picture, plants is over a year old). Just came home and my plants had holes in them. Plants never really seem to do well in my tank, except for the anubias. I am only using pressurized CO2.

Offtopic: for anywhen who read my previous post and wonders how my snakehead is doing. After some days of large water changes and adding cattapa leaves he seams to be doing very well, his fins are starting to grow back and he is swimming around some more.
