Seeking Advice: Best Practices for Organizing Music Metadata with Hashtags

Hey everyone,

I’m planning to start organizing and adding metadata to my music collection. After some research, it seems like the "Grouping" column is the best place to add this kind of information, as I’d like to reserve the "Comments" column for my personal notes.

My plan is to use hashtags such as "#Spanish #chill" or "#instrumental #upbeat" in the "Grouping" column. The goal is to create smart playlists based on these tags—for example, "Select all songs that include #Spanish and #upbeat."

I’m looking for advice from those of you who have been organizing your music this way for a while. If you could start over, what best practices or changes would you recommend?
