Neighbors still letting their Dog poop right at my porch.

I had made a post here that my neighbor keeps letting their dog shit directly in front of my door, but apparently to people that was totally ok and not disrespectful or disgusting because they picked it up and smeared it and I was the bad guy.

They aren't always picking it up, and the dog keeps knocking down my trash can. I tried to spray but it doesn't work clearly.
