Is there an anime where everyone has the same powers?

I enjoy the hallmark of anime that everyone has a unique superpower and every battle is unique but just for the novelty I'd love to try an anime where there is only one magic system and everyone has access to the same powers though they could have different levels of skill and strength with it and different applications.
