It's Blue badge still possible?

So the primary reason I joined Amazon was to get permanent employment. How sure am I to know that after the year I'm going to be a permanent employed . Because it seems that they're not giving out anymore blue badges and I don't want to be wasting my time doing hard work for nothing.
