AIO: Asked my kids dad to take her to her basketball game this weekend…

I never ask for anything, literally. Daughter is 9, I have her full time and he sees her when he’s “not busy” with his family.

Am I just bitter or is this a weird response from a dad who went no contact for 9 months and has only seen their child a hand full of times in over a year, nor been to a sporting event in about two years. It’s likely he doesn’t even know she plays these sports as he never asks what she’s up to, (her words). And he doesn’t pay for anything.
