Am I fired?

so basically i've been with the company for over a year and even though its a pretty shitty company, i love my job :( but probably since october i've been singled out in more ways than 1. i got suspended last tuesday (1/14/2025) for being on my phone (after getting a final write up for that in december) and for staying on the clock 30 extra minutes (there was a crazy patient and only one patrol, so i thought i was being helpful) i'm not blaming anyone, i've taken full accountability for my actions but i've been so stressed an anxious because i have only seen a few ppl come back from suspension— for doing far worse things, may I add. I also texted my acct manager basically letting him know that I still want to keep my job and that I know I was wrong and how I plan on cleaning up my act. I know allied does not communicate whatsoever AND I've seen people stay "suspended pending investigation" literally for months. so I jus don't know what to do here lol. is there a chance i may come back? should i jus give up hope? i have been applying for jobs in the meantime but i just want my job back lmao pls helpppp
