Is this Tonale lease deal trash or ok?

Currently own a 2017 giulia, took it in for my 90k service and discovered it needs some parts replaced (leaving out details on purpose, yes these are necessary).

Between the service and the parts it’s going to cost me $4500..

The dealer offered to take a trade in and eat the $4500 repairs and service, and offer $3000 on top (effectively $7500 for my car).

(I looked earlier this year and yes, this is in line with the market rate for my car. Private selling I might break $10k.)

For a new 2024 Tonale lease ($60k MSRP) they’re offering me 10k miles at $592 a month with $0 down, only the trade in.

I have NEVER leased in my life, no idea how to begin negotiating or what to compare to.
