PNM sucks…

Has anyone else had trouble with PNM “estimating” their bills? I’ve lived at the same house for almost 15 years now and starting in October I started getting calls that they were having to estimate my bills because “the gate was locked” and “dogs in the backyard”. Nothing has changed over the years… I have always had my gate locked and I’ve always had dogs… they now say they can read the meter and want to charge me over $200 even though I paid the estimated bills they sent me in the previous months… wtf? I’ve never missed a bill before and I feel like every time I call customer service it’s like talking to a wall. Hopefully I’m not the only one.
