Unpopular Opinion: You should be able to smoke weed while you are on leave if your state allows it.

Leave is your earned time off, you should be able to do what you want. Federal law states the drinking age is 21 in the states, but Overseas you follow European law and can drink at 18. You should be able to do the same in America and follow state laws on your time off.
